The traditional Thai massage is one of the most welcome changes to the classic western treatment. The combination of pressure point massage along the energy lines and fields and stretching techniques for the entire body has a relaxing, releasing effect and provides you with new energy.

Balancing Classics
Partial and full body massage
Classic massage techniques are used to specifically warm up and relax your musculature. The massage usually focuses on certain parts of the body depending on your state of health.

Gentle, rhythmic unblocking techniques free the lymph channels and target the unblocking and detumescence processes. The massage also has a very calming effect and is very relaxing for heavy/tired legs or headaches.

Babor with warm stones
Wonderfully warm stones, aromatic, fresh scented massage oils and shiatsu techniques are the basis for this feel-good, head-to-toe experience. Your energy centre will become balanced and/or activated and you will feel warmth and a relaxing sense of peace.

Skin Care
The herbal oil exfoliation treatment in the steam bath leaves your skin clean and ready for treatment. Afterwards a feel-good creme from the mountain world is applied which provides intensive moisturizing care. Finally you can allow the relaxing effect to continue in the quiet room.

Deep Cleansing and Clarity
In the steam bath the mineral mud has a deeply clarifying effect on your skin. At the end of the treatment you are laid in a warm waterbed with a mineral-rich, metabolism-stimulating solution. Enjoy the feeling of weightlessness during a head or foot acupressure treatment. The result is refined skin with increased elasticity.

Peace and Serenity

Parents and children time
